Disgusting Apartment Grounds.

Hello, this past week I visited several apartments looking for a new residence. I visited a string of apartments near 7511 N 1st St and to my disgust found that all the "moats" that surround the different buildings were absolutely filthy, smelled, and looked like sludge, artificially colored AND had fish in them!!! The koi are fighting for life and are residing in inhumane conditions. Some were belly up.The ducks were also paddling in these disgusting conditions. This is a sect of 2-3 apartment complexes all next to one another. Its disgraceful, especially for the $$$ they are wanting for rent. Some of it should be going to keeping the grounds clean for the animals (they put there) and the people!
