There is someone burning trash in our neighborhood they have been burning since 6 this morning. It is now 11:30 and I am in my early sixties with diagnosed breathing problems. I am having difficulty breathing every time they burn trash. We reside on 4600, just a block of west Andrews, across the street is Shields and Cornelia we believe the person doing the burning resides close to here. We desperately need help here!
