About 4:30 pm on June 20 I witnessed a resident removing some mattresses from his residence and place them on the street,this is a constant problem, the mattresses are becoming a huge eye sore in the neighborhood,no one has ever reported the resident. I'm tired of this reoccurring issue in my neighborhood.
