Calwa Vacant Lot.

The vacant lot on the corner of S 9th St and E Grove Ave is used as a trash dumping site by a number of people. There are mounds of garbage throughout the lot and there are people living in the collapsing buildings on the lot. It is unsafe for the folks living on the lot and a health hazard for all.
