Unsafe Moldy Living Conditions.

This problem has been there for a long time. The tenant reported this problem before in the meetings we have in the community. She told us 3 weeks ago, before her surgery, and unfortunately no one has helped her. The tenant is a good community leader, she is always there when we need her, and now that she needs us no one helps her, that's sad, very sad. This is her problem - the apartment smells moldy, the conditions are deplorable for any human being, especially for a disabled person with children. I'm sending the photos along with the report.
