Accumulation of trash

This property is a large lot with a significant amount of "trash" accumulated near several of the neighbors' fences (East). During the recent fire, this created an extremely dangerous situation; the fire used the trash as a route to jump from backyard to backyard, resulting in some of the neighbors' buildings, vehicles, and other property catching fire.
