Description:

There is a strong odor of marijuana coming from a property located behind 20786 S Garfield Ave in Riverdale, 93656. There is a significant amount of activity at this location, and we have reason to believe there may be an illegal cannabis grow operation, along with other suspicious activity. Access to the grow site appears to be made through an empty lot situated south of the address, which serves as a route leading to the greenhouses. There are approximately 7 large greenhouses identified at this location. A complaint was made to the Department of Cannabis Control of California. They suggested we reach out to the county to get additional information on any permitting. Below is the message I received upon submitting the complaint. I will follow up with the county.
