Chlorine buckets have chlorine in the bottom and when you walk in it smells strongly of chlorine

Report was submitted to the Air District (C-2602-004) 3:52pm recieved a follow up from an inspector. There was no strong smell of Chlorine outside of the Pool Supply store. Inspector also entered the store and confirmed that all containers were properly sealed.
