hydraulic fluid spill from the garbage truck in residential area

There is hydraulic fluid spill from the garbage trucks and its been there for the past 3 weeks. I called the city ( 311) 2 weeks ago and they haven't cleaned it. I called the city again and they don't seem to help. They said that my request from 2 weeks ago was not in their system. They had me toggle from the solid waste management and 311. They said today ( 3/21/2025) Anthony, the solid waste management supervisor, would call me, but that is it. This spill is on the cross street college ave and brown ave, along with the other cross streets behind my residential area
