Trash Burning in South Fresno

CCEJN, Natalie Delgado, staff previously submitted a report to the Air District on 10/26/2024 with reference number C-2410-118 and report was followed up with someone from the Air District leaving a brochure at the home of the person burning trash. Resident Panfilo called again the morning of 11/1/2024 to say that resident continued to burn trash. Owners have barrel in background where they are burning it.
