Petroleum odor

While dropping of child at the daycare parents noticed that a strong smell of petroleum was present. They also observed that next door the Middle School was out in the neighboring field having their PE. Once I received this report I drove towards the location. The smell of Petroleum was very faint on the NW corner of the community but it was present on the corner of Harvard Ave & N Joaquin St.

I have attached two pictures. One is a map that indicates where the smell was originally reported at (Yellow arrow) and the location (Red X) where I confirmed the odor.

A report has already been placed with CalGem and they are in the process of having someone come out and investigate.
