Description:
Plume of smoke was observed while driving north bound on S. McMullin Grade. I noticed large piles of what I believed to be Almond Husks stacked really High, and smoke coming from the west end of the piles.
Administrator Comment:
Complaint # C-2408-042 Inspector MANG found the location (8325 S Madera Ave, Kerman, CA 93630) that had a permit to use an Air Curtain Burner. The smoke that was seen, was caused from an issue when starting up the machine but was fixed after a few minuets.
