Cow Feedlot Dust and Smell

Description:
Driving by Harris Feeding Company, the road was at near white-out conditions from the flow of dust over the road from the feedlot. Wind speed was low. Smell was also terrible. I already called the compliant into the Air District but have not heard back. The other picture is an image of the feedlot area from a distance and all the dust present.
