Angel Meat CO Taqueria and Carniceria

Around 11am worker at Angel Meat Taqueria and Carniceria noticed liquid on the main road that had a stench of dead animal to it. The worker had witnessed a semi driving down the street that was spilling this liquid. It was driving towards Avenal C.A .
