Exposure to unknown chemical spraying

Was driving eastbound on Mckinley Ave between Chestnut and Gateway avenues...City of Fresno truck driving on bike lane while side-spraying an unknown chemical. Traffic on left lane impeded me to switch from right lane; ended behind the spraying truck with my windows. My skin and eyes reacted to the wind drift. I called City of Fresno regarding this. Michael Flores (supervisor) returned my call and answered my questions regarding the chemical's name...Round Up (active ingredient: Glyphosate). He said it was safe and that they are in compliance when applying it. So what happens when a person is exposed to these dangerous chemicals? Aside from getting a call from a maintenance employee/supervisor and evaluating no health risk. Any kind of process or assistance to the exposed/affected individual?
