Undrinkable Water in Lanare.

Lanare's drinking water is contaminated with arsenic levels at double the legal standard. Residents can't drink or cook with the water (that they pay $54 for a month). People spend ~$30/month on bottled water. Environmental injustice. $1.3 million has already gone into treatment but it wasn't sustainable. Need agencies to work on identifying short-term and long-term solutions.
