Illegal dumping on Dakota and Clovis.

I'd like to report some illegal dumping in the corner of Clovis Ave and Dakota. It's a big lot, it started clear in the back corner where there has been a gradual accumulation of old furniture and other items, someone dumped it and now as a result multiple individuals are also dumping Christmas trees, shoes, and it's getting really messy.
