Illegal Dumping Site.

"To Whom It May Concern,

I have lived in this neighborhood for over 30 years. It is sad to say that
families that have moved into this neighborhood do not care about it. I
need someone to come out and clean this. This illegal dumping is unsafe for
our children and our families. In the later afternoons, happy children come
out to play and ride their bikes around the neighborhood. As a mother, I am
concerned for every ones safety; I am not sure if their may be any
hazardous materials. But, this street is on E. Dayton Ave Fresno, 93727.
The major streets are Shields and Clovis. Please send someone to clean this
up. I, and some of my neighbors will greatly appreciate it.
