Used Motor Oil Dumping.

Hi, my son and I just witnessed someone dumping used oil into the sewer at the Astro motel. The location is on Parkway Drive, intersections Parkway and Shields, the address is 3393 N. Parkway Drive. The person that dumped the waste is Edward Valenzuela, he resides in room 7 at the Astro motel.
